The listing agent works for the seller, so he's a "seller's agent".
A "customer" doesn't choose to establish a relationship with a real estate broker.
A "client" wants a relationship with a broker because he wants someone working FOR him (as a buyer's agent or a seller's agent).
If you're serious about buying a mobile home park, I encourage you to become my client.
I work for commissions, and I'll earn every penny, but if you have a problem with me being paid, please go on to the next broker.
I've sold more than 60 mobile home parks and I have a lot of important information to share with you. There's a reason why many of my "clients" are repeat buyers!
I want you to be successful and I want you to buy your next park from me, but I won't work for free.
My clients are happy to pay my commission!.
